Although we strive to be a “rule free” zone, there are a few crucial things that you need to know about your booking with us:
Payment
Stays of one night, payment in full by credit/debit card will be taken at the time of booking.
Stays of two nights or more, a credit/debit card will be needed to hold the booking.
Cancellation
We have a strict 48-hour cancellation policy.
If the booking is not cancelled outside the 48 hours’ cancellation notice period, your credit/debit card will be charged at the full amount of the stay.
Smoking
We adopt a no smoking policy throughout the whole of the pub and letting rooms.
If you wish to smoke we provide areas outside with ashtrays.
Should you choose to ignore this policy, you will be asked to leave and charged an additional £100.00 for specialist cleaning to your room.
Payment will be taken from the credit/debit card used to secure the room.
Check In and Out Times
Normal check in times are between 12.30 — 21.00.
Special arrangement may be made for an earlier check in.
Check out time is 10.30 am.
All rooms are checked following check out.
Any missing items or damages to any property belonging to the Masons Arms will be charged to the Credit/Debit card used to secure the room at full replacement cost.
Free Parking
We have limited free parking.
We may at times have to move cars around, so on some occasions may request car keys.
Pets
No pets are allowed in the rooms.
Children
Children over 12 are welcome.
